As part of her PhD exhibition Lim'I'nal, artist Ruth Liou is drawing on the gallery walls. You can see Ruth in action on Thursday 28 August as she completes her installation with a drawing of Pagodas.
Ruth's work includes large sculptural pieces made from cedar, metal, found objects and beeswax.
Lim'I'nal is on exhibition until Saturday 6 September.
As part of Create 2308's Speakers Corner event, and in conjunction with the Faculty of Business and Law Research Poster Competition, visitors to the Uni Gallery are invited to share their wisdom and/or vent their spleen all over the gallery wall! Chalk supplied – the ideas are up to you. Until this Saturday 23 August. "Creativity is infectious – pass it on."
Join us for Speaker's Corner on Wednesday 20 August at 12 noon, in conjunction with the Create 2308 festival and the Faculty of Business and Law 2014 Research Showcase Week.
Enjoy a beer and a meat pie while you listen to some of the faculty's most dynamic researchers talk about their research interests and ideas.
