We have two wonderful book related exhibitions occupying the gallery this month.
Pagination is an exhibition that investigates the medium and meaning of the book, and more broadly of book arts as a contemporary mode of expression. The works in this exhibition range from sculptural book objects, altered books and editions letterpress works - to designed books, comics, digitally printed works, student zines and print on demand publication. Sharing the gallery space is the The Australian Book Design Awards showcase, an exhibition which celebrates Australian book designers and displays the finalists of the 63rd ABDA award.
